Sparkling Ginger Water
Ginger is warming herb that can support digestion in multiple ways! Enjoy the taste and the benefits in this festive sparkling water sweetened with honey
1 cup sliced fresh ginger
2 cups water
2 cups sparkling mineral water
1/4 cup honey
-Peel and slice ginger.
-Add to pot with water and heat on medium for 30 minutes.
-Strain and let reserved liquid cool completely.
-Add honey and sparkling water.
Can store in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
