Burrata Salad with Chive Oil

What a way to celebrate spring!

Blend 1 bunch chives with 1/2 cup olive oil until smooth. Let mixture up to 90 minutes to further infuse let the flavors. Pour into sieve and let strain.

Prep veggies:
-Blanch asparagus
-Slice avocado
-Sugar snap peas
-Quarter roasted artichokes

Plate veggies, top with 1-2 balls of burrata, lemon zest, raspberry preserves (the Raspberry + Habanero by PRiMO is ❤️‍🔥) , and chive oil drizzle.
