Protein Fluff
Protein Fluff is the most fun way to eat 20+ grams of protein this summer!
To a food processor, add:
1 cup milk of choice
1 scoop protein powder (vegan or whey protein, though whey fluffs up much more!)
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 cup ice
Process until combined - this will take longer than you think, and even longer with vegan protein, but it will come together!
My favorite toppings are a sprinkle of coconut sugar + a dusting of the salted macadamia nuts - this touch of salt adds a whole other layer!
