Chickpea Chocolate Pudding

Guess the Main Ingredient in this Chocolate Pudding!

Hint:
- Great source of fiber (~10g per cup)
- High in protein (~14g per cup)
- Contains all of the essential amino acids except one
- It’s a legume!

CHICKPEAS!

And they’ll never guess with how delicious this dessert it!

Ingredients:
1 can (1.5 cups) chickpeas
1.5 cups milk of choice
1 cup chocolate chips
5 medjool dates, pitted
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions:
-Strain and wash chickpeas. Add to a food processor.
-Add all of the other ingredients and taste, adjusting sweetness as preferred.
-Eat now or refrigerate overnight to set for thicker texture.
